Give yourself permission to slow down and escape into the peaceful sanctuary of Nature. Join me for this gentle mindful walk at the beautiful and exclusive location of Falconhurst Estate.

90 minutes of calm followed by a herbal tea and healthy snack

£15 per person

On the first Wednesday of the month, I will guide a Mindful Walk through the stunning garden and grounds at Falconhurst Estate. This beautiful house is located close to Mark Beech, just outside Edenbridge and has the most amazing grounds to explore. This venue is not open to the public so we will have exclusive access and you will definitely not be disappointed. Plus there is a gorgeous farm shop in the courtyard offering an amazing selection of local produce.

The Mindfulness trail is a gentle yet uplifting guided walk through nature, with invitations of mindfulness nature connection exercises, reflective questions, walking and talking and a hot drink and healthy snack. These walks provide multiple health benefits on both emotional and physical levels and are a wonderful escape from the daily demands of life…literally getting away from it all into wide open spaces to breathe deeply, notice beauty and feel the breeze on your face.

When you come into the main entrance you then drive past the farm shop and take a small turn on the right which takes you round to a small parking area, behind the studio barn. Signage will be placed out to help you.

The exchange is just £15 per session and you can conveniently book your place online.

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If there is light rain or a short shower then the event will still go ahead and it can actually enhance the sensory experience. I also have waterproof ponchos and we have the protection of the beautiful trees too.

  • Definitely not! I am a great believer in creating connection with the community of walkers as well as with Nature. There are moments of silence where you get to slow down and pause but we also walk and talk and if you have time after I provide a herbal tea and snack so we can chat more freely and get to know each other.

  • No experience at all is necessary just a willingness to be open to trying something new. There is no set routine with this practice and each person’s experience is different. I love welcoming new people and guiding them through the process.

  • I understand that life doesn’t always go the way we expect it to so if you are unable to make the walk after you have booked I am happy to book you on for the following month and offer this a maximum of 2 times. After that, I am unable to transfer the booking,

    If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before the date of the walk, then I am happy to offer you a full refund.
