Are you navigating the path of ADHD or ASD, or identifying as a highly sensitive person or empath?

Join me for a unique one-day course where we'll explore the ways Nature Connection can be a powerful tool in your self-care kit. As an Outdoor Life Coach and Nature Connection Guide with over 5 years of experience, I've personally witnessed the transformative impact of nature on neurodiversity.

In 2021, at the age of 42, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and my journey of self-discovery led me to understand the incredible supportive connections between nature and neurodiversity.

Nature Connection still remains one of my personal primary self-care practices and now, I'm excited to share this empowering tool with you.

What to Expect: This relaxed yet stimulating day will help you understand how Nature Connection directly supports your health. Through hands-on exercises, we'll tackle challenges such as sensory overload, emotional dysregulation, focus, attention, hyperactivity, and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). Simple and practical tools will be provided to address each of these areas.

Venue and Atmosphere: Join us at Claridge House, where we'll flow between a welcoming lounge room and the serene garden. The day promises a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing you to connect with a circle of like-hearted individuals on similar journeys. Refreshment breaks and lunch will provide lots of opportunities for conversation and relaxation. A quiet room is also available for those needing some time out or space.

Who Should Attend: This gathering is open to all women, non-binary individuals, and trans women who wish to come together in a spirit of unity and empowerment.

  • Individuals diagnosed or self-diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, or other neurodiverse diagnoses

  • Those seeking holistic support for neurodiversity

  • Those with Neurodivergent children who would like to learn holistic ways to support them

  • Individuals identifying as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) or Empaths.

  • Those just beginning to associate with ADHD or ASD, exploring ways to manage their well-being.

Come join us in exploring the healing power of nature and building a supportive community. Your journey to greater well-being begins with the embrace of your unique neurodiversity.

Please note all attendees will be asked to fill out a health and safety form prior to attending and if you require any particular assistance on the day you must let us know in advance so that we can ensure the day flows with ease and comfort.

Note: This event is sensitively curated to be inclusive and non-prejudice, promoting a safe space for shared experiences.

This event is for ages 18+ or 16+ if accompanied by an adult.

ABOUT TANSY DOWMAN

I am an internationally accredited Life Coach and Certified Forest Bathing & Natural Mindfulness Guide. I believe deeply that connection to Mother Nature is a direct pathway of reconnection with your soul, your inner wild self and your true nature. I’m driven by a purpose to reignite our relationship with this majestic planet we inhabit. To return to our place of origin and discover a sense of belonging that is waiting for us when we are ready to acknowledge and embrace our deeper connection to the wild.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and since then have been on a journey to fully understand what that means for me personally and what support I needs to thrive with it. I discovered a deep connection with Nature back in 2017 and believe it was a lot to do with having ADHD because it had such a profound impact on me and has become a complete non-negotiable in my self-care regime.

I have looked into ADHD and Nature connection in detail, making direct links to the ways Nature Connection supports many of the traits and symptoms and I feel inspired, motivated and ready to share this information and guidance to support others on a similar journey to me.
