By going on a physical journey, your body is in motion and energises the thought process, flushing away brain fog or overwhelm and leaving space for clarity and insight.

Being outside means you arent hemmed in by 4 walls or the distraction of your home. Wide open spaces allow you to feel expansive in your body and mind.

During the first part of our relationship, we will uncover who you are as an individual, your purpose, passions and the ways you hold yourself back. With this clarity, you will start to let go of your limitations and fears as you learn how to manage them. Drawing on the wisdom of Nature we look to see where you can come into alignment.

You will step into your power and start to see the possibilities for your life to open up from a grounded and inspired space. By deepening your connection to Nature you begin to see new ways of moving forwards, feeling a sense of support and belonging.
